Virginia man dies after being pulled from the ocean in North Myrtle Beach

NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) - A man is dead after rescue crews pulled him from the ocean Thursday afternoon.
Horry County Deputy Coroner Michelle McSpadden said 52-year-old Timothy Eades, of Axton, Virginia, was pulled from the water near 10th Avenue South in North Myrtle Beach just before noon.
He was taken to an area hospital where he later died. No cause of death was provided.
McSpadden said an autopsy is scheduled.
