Injuries reported in Conway-area crash

CONWAY, S.C. (WMBF) - Injuries were reported after a crash in the Conway area on Tuesday.
Horry County Fire Rescue said crews responded along Highway 544 and West Cox Ferry Road for a two-car wreck at around 3:30 p.m. As of around 4:15 p.m., drivers are being asked to avoid the area.
Officails said four people were hurt and taken to a hospital. No further details were provided on their condition.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating. Crews from the Conway Fire Department were also at the scene.
