Man triple checks $200K winning lottery ticket sold in Surfside Beach

SURFSIDE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – One man had to check his lottery ticket not once, not twice, but three times to make sure he really won $200,000.
The numbers 7, 16, 23, 24, 35 were the lucky ones in the Palmetto Cash 5 drawing on Dec. 12.
He bought the winning ticket with Power-Up at the Circle K along Glenns Bay Road in Surfside Beach.
The winner said he’s not sure what he plans to do with the money.
The Circle K will receive a $2,000 commission for selling the winning ticket.
