6 hurt in Highway 544 crash; troopers investigating

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - A crash near the Conway area sent six people to the hospital Thursday afternoon.
Horry County Fire Rescue was called out for a three-vehicle crash at 1:51 p.m. on Highway 544 at Bradford Circle.
Further details about the crash have not been released.
