HCFR reports critical injuries in Carolina Forest area crash

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – Critical injuries have been reported in a crash in the Carolina Forest area.
Horry County Fire Rescue crews were called just before 10 a.m. Friday to River Oaks Drive and Village Parkway for a car in a ditch.
All lanes of River Oaks Drive are blocked.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. Horry County police have also been called out to assist.
Drivers are being asked to find an alternate route to avoid delays and to also keep first responders safe while they investigate and clear the crash.
